Ok I agree that we are going in a circle and I do not mean to do that. However, you brought good challenge for me to organize my thought and reflect why I am doing what I am doing. The more I read your mails and I can understand better what you are saying. Following I suggest.

(1) I said and admit clearly that the guest priest had been insensitive toward Young People and I will be more sensitive in the future.

(2) Whatever being said in Korean should be available in English in Jubo or Projector

(3) Changing Mass hour should be carefully planned and needed to be limited 4 or 5 times in Major Feast Days.

(4) The Second Reading will be read in Korean only After English one.

(5) Mass should be celebrated in clear and understandable English unquestionably.

I think above issues should have no problem to agree upon by all of us. This has been what I have said all along from the beginning of the emails and I will toughen up to enforce it.

In addition I do not want to block any communication and I am certainly not a dictator. I see this discussion can be beneficial for parish. I already opened this up to Parish Staff and some officials. If you give me consent to share your emails to others and that will expedite the process. I will post your questions and my responses to Parish Website and ask entire Parish to read and especially Young Adults. I had emailed to Parish Council Hoi Jang Nim about this for his thought, but it might take some time for them to process so I will decide it on my own. He will support me on this, I hope.

We do have two or three predominantly Young Adult Kuyukhoi and I will have them to discuss all those issues. Give some time to everybody read and process their thoughts and we will have good forum or some form of discussion.

There lie some fundamental issues in Young Adults and the future of St. Andrew Kim parish and I want to have people to share their ideas and come up with their insights. There is no personal Ego involved here, only clear and transparent process and search for what is best for SAK. Fr Minhuyn

Surely, good things will come from this. I hope I didn't infer you as dictator, LOL LOL !!! You may have a stubborn side, but , to say dictatorship, may have been purely emotional. As humans our emotions get the best of us at times. This is what may have gone thru Father. You can post my emails Father. What is great about all of this commotion, is underneath, there are genuine feelings of love for SAK. Both sides. Truly,we may not see eye to eye , but , we can agree that we love our parish. We love coming to our parish. This is a fantastic foundation we can build on. Feel free to email or call anytime. 		까치 10-02-16 14:29 미사시간을 함부로 바꾸는 것은 아무래도 문제가 있는 일이다. 아무리 명분이 좋다고 하더라도 말이다. 만약에 꼭 바꾸어야 한다면 11시 30분 미사로 합치는 것이 아니라 10시 미사 아니면 10시 30분 미사로 합친다면다면 10시 미사 분들에게 훨씬 도움이 되지 않을까 한다. I have to agree with the concern that we should keep the 10:00 mass hour constant so that people would not be confused by the frequent change of mass hour. One of suggestion can be that if we need to consolidate the masses we should consolidate 11:30 mass to 10:00 mass or even move to 10:30 mass. Having 10:30 mass might be very creative as well as good idea since that would accomodate 10:00 mass attendants, but that might be hard for 11:30 mass people.
